1、Preparation work before starting and matters needing attention

b、Mechanical seal before the start of static pressure test to check whether the mechanical seal leakage. If the leakage is more, should find out the reason to try to eliminate. If it still does not work, remove and re install. General hydrostatic pressure test with 2~3 kg / cm2.

c、According to the pump rotate to turning check whether a uniform. Such as turning demanding or not move, it should check whether the assembly size error installation is reasonable.

2、Installation and outage

a、Before starting the sealing chamber should be filled with liquid. When the medium is used for solidification, steam is used to heat the sealing chamber to melt the medium. Before the start must be turning in order to prevent the sudden start caused by soft ring fragmentation.

b、For the use of oil sealing system outside the pump, the oil seal system should be started. Final stop oil seal system after shutdown.

c、After the shutdown of the hot oil pump can not immediately stop the sealing oil chamber and the end face seal cooling water, should be sealed at the end of the oil temperature dropped to 80 degrees below, can stop the cooling water, so as not to damage the sealing parts.

3、Work

a、If there is a slight leakage after the start of the pump, should observe a period of time. Such as continuous operation for 4 hours, the leakage is still not reduced, the pump should be checked.

b、Pump operating pressure should be stable, the pressure fluctuation is not greater than 1 kg / cm2.

c、Pump in operation, should avoid the occurrence of the phenomenon, so as to avoid the sealing surface dry friction and seal damage.

d、Seal should be checked regularly. Operation, when the leakage exceeds the standard, heavy oil is not more than 5 drops / min, light oil is not more than 10/ points, such as 2-3 days is still no improvement trend, should stop the pump check the sealing device.
